The people in both countries invariably suffer not only a reduced standard of living, but chances are, you might also have a bomb drooped on you. Directed violence of this kind is the worst kind of evil. Leaders who initiate violence in the name of their country ought to be deemed war criminals under an international treaty signed by all countries, with permissions for their arrest guaranteed under an international charter.
