Afghanistan needs a regime change

Who is looking after the women in Afghanistan. Why is the world allowing Afghan women to have all rights denied, no medical treatment, no education, literally unable to be heard in public, unable to visit a park and now silence from female children is deemed to be consent. This is an international disgrace. Who will help.
