Equitable AI requires that it is accessible

Closing the "digital divide" through affordable internet, low-bandwidth-friendly tools, multilingual interfaces and designs that work for users with disabilities is critical to ensure AI doesn't become yet another tool that only serves those who are already privileged. This fairness requires international effort.
