To incentivise people to plant more trees: seeds of those that absorb the most CO2 should be free. People should get an additional small tax return for each new tree planted on their property that grows past a certain height. This could be a fun way to green the world up, bring a sense of community and get people outdoors, which has lifelong health benefits that might just cover the cost of such a scheme. :)
