So far, the Iran war has burned, on my estimations, about 20 million barrels of oil in destroyed stock alone. That is equivalent to around 8 million tons of CO2 billowing into the atmosphere so that a small handful of grown men can wave their willies around, and, to be clear, for no other purpose. For the rest of us, that means we have to try and reduce our footprint by that much, at least, just to compensate for their actions. Throw in the abandonment of the Paris targets by the USA Republican party, and the mess we have to clean up is much much bigger than that. But sobeit.
