Standardised packaging across brands for similar products, designed with sustainability and recyclability in mind, would reduce the hundreds of plastics currently in circulation. This would tremendously benefit recycling efforts. It's up to governments and corporations to put the policies in place to shift the plastic economy away from disposability.
