Amend the United Nations charter to 1. remove the veto system 2. allow enforceable rules and regulations to be passed on matters that require global regulation by (a) two thirds vote of all countries, and counties representing two thirds of all people in the world, in the General Assembly; plus (b) three quarters of all countries who happen to be sitting on the Security Council at the time of a vote, including permanent members. How could anyone complain about that? Apart from Trump and Putin, maybe, and why should the world not do what is right because of what those two individuals think?
