When revenge is taken on the innocent

There is not a religion in the world that would support unending revenge being taken by someone who has been wronged. Especially on the innocent, who are by chance associated with the guilty.. Those that take active steps to permit this to happen are equally culpable. The International Court of Justice awaits three countries.
