A long shot, but something to strive towards... international schemes, spearheaded by organisations like the World Health Organisation, could exist with a shared goal of global healthcare equity. Collaborations and cooperation between countries to address global health problems would improve the quality of life of billions of people and by doing so also address other challenges faced by the global population.
