Coalition of the Willing need to challenge the veto power

The UN Charter, which was supposed to secure global geopolitical harmony, has proved not fit for purpose in one important respect. The veto power his protecting countries that are dropping bombs on children from being forced to stop. that is reason enough for all countries - and at the very least all countries who are not permanent members of the Security Council, to require a review of the Charter to the extent of the veto power at least. Perhaps a requirement that 70% of the Security Council support a resolution to take action on something, rather than every member?
