Global leaders that describe other 'countries' as deplorable or wrong are themselves deplorable and wrong and contributing to the problems with the world. Good leadership would criticise a 'decision' from another leader or government, and not a person or country. That will lead to less animosity across the planet, and with less animosity, we might be able to start fixing world problems.
