I think that, besides the "Yes/ No" voting, and the Rating, there should be a Rating about the Relevance of each project. We should build efforts to get the ideas submitted here to have a real impact in the world. This could be a first step. A second step could be done by submitting the best ranked ideas (not just by relevance, of course), to NGOs, International Organizations and Governments (maybe we could put a field for people to adress their ideas to specific Institutions, if they want). Here in Sao Paulo, Brazil, there´s an NGO with a platform similar to Global Democracy, where one can send his ideas to the government. Besides that, people participate democratically in a plan of goals to be submitted to the local lawmakers and to the Mayor. This could be another thing to develop globally, yet is more difficult in the global or even national levels.
