Government is not transactional Never has been never will be
Good government is the product of multiple decisions.
But those decisions are most likely in the interests of all if they are produced by a deliberative process of representatives of the all.
Singular transactions at the whim of one is not good government. History shows it does not work. It is a car crash.
Yet dominant personalities, vested interests, controlled media and transactional politics seem to rule the world at the moment.
Fighting for due process is a hard sell. But we all actually do need to fight for it good governance right now.
We, the people of the world, really need to turn this situation around.
