There are a lot of farms in the world, that are effectively 'de-wilded' land plots. There are a lot of farmers who have spaces on their land that they would love to have rewilded, if it was without cost . There are a lot of people who would love to grow seedlings at home for saving the planet, if they have somewhere to put them. There are a lot of people that would love to do 'rewilding' trips to the country to plant seedlings on farmland (think BlazeAid) There are a lot of people who would love to help make it all happen with social media campaigns to coordinate the above three groups.
