A prosperous world for all

I'm coming to think that it might be time to open, nay erase international borders and let us all truly be global citizens. Maybe labour markets will balance and aging populations will no longer be a worry... and everyone escaping persecution will be able to do so. Of course it could be a disaster, but so is the world currently.
