It might not be the baby boomer's fault
I have previously blamed the baby boomers for the current global ecological crisis. This is because it basically happened on their watch.
But when you take into account the world wide use of fossil fuels this year is greater than any previous year, Generation X is fully implicated.
Or, perhaps it is just the human condition?
As a smoker is to a cigarette, humanity is to fossil fuels. Sure, a part of us wants to quit. But the whole of us just can't seem to kick it.
Yes, that must be it. humanity is acting just like a human, but with 8 billion neurons.
