''they' should fix that hole in the road' who the hell is 'they' anyway'? in the case of your local area, as it turns out, there actuall is a 'they'. the Council. so bring it to their attention, and, if they don't fix it, complain all you like! but when it comes to "they should fix global climate change" just remember this - there is no global council, and so there is simply no 'they'. Now, climate change will be a bigger problem for your grandchildren than any hole in the road. Sop I say it is up to you, personally, to help make a global council, to fix this stuff. So get busy on gloabldemocacy.com or wherever else you can find to advocate for some sort of global governance. No point whining about 'they', cos there aint no 'they'.
