Trump and Harris both seem built on vibes. I think this is largely due to social media, through which we consume so much of them. This focus on rhetoric can overshadow substantive policy discussions. We need serious people running the country, not just people who are good at talking. We need to put the pressure on from here going forward to ensure politicians are firm and clear on their policies, and hold them to account.
