Single use waterbottles

While ideally all single-use plastics will be banned, bottled water is trickier to phase out than, say, plastic straws. Still, to decrease single-water bottle use, all water bottles should at least have removable caps that allows them to be refilled. (Have found some lately with lids that are not removeable!)
