I believe that the health industry should be free to use for all, but it should be funded by the private sector. In theory all problems caused by the production or consumption of a product are paid for by each transaction. Assuming 1000 packs of cigarettes leads to an individual needing $10,000 of health care treatment, then a pack of cigarettes would cost at least $10. This may increase spending by smokers, but will reduce consumption AND there would be less of a need for schemes like Obama-care and Medi-care.
