UFOs - Demanding declassification

The Unidentified Anomalous Phenomenon report recently released by NASA following their independent investigation is a joke. Evidence was taken from a number of witnesses who claimed there is a major cover-up of discoveries of actual alien craft and beings. On the question of classified information, however, the report only says: "In addition, much of the data collected by military sensors or intelligence satellites are classified—often because of what the imagery could reveal about U.S. technical capabilities to our adversaries, and not because of what is actually in the images. While essential for security, these classified observations enhance the sense of mystery and conspiracy surrounding UAP, and they present an obstacle to scientific inquiry." I'm calling that spin. What the report should have said: "We are the committee appointed to investigate whether there are cover -ups around discoveries pertaining to UAPs (UFOs). We are the people most highly entrusted by US government's leading space agency to consider whether there is actual evidence of aliens. Inexplicably, we were not permitted to see relevant information because it was marked "classified". Us, the very people tasked with checking classified information so that we could report back to the rest of the world to be satisfied there is no cover up. This rendered our inquiry effectively useless, of course, because we could not see the very things we were entrusted to see and report to the people of the world about". If the US government can't entrust its own appointed committee to look at classified documents and not disclose national security secrets, who can they trust? I'm calling it spin. At the risk of coming across as a conspiracy theorist - I am not. I believe the earth is round, vaccines help prevent sickness, and the moon landing did occur - following this report there is actually every reason to believe there is evidence of actual aliens being held by the US: The committee in charge of collating the evidence were not allowed to review all relevant classified information. Instead, they produced a 33 page report which is mostly pictures and summaries of information already in the public domain. This irony was not reported because the media fell for the spin. So, this ideas is: the US Government does a re-run of the NASA inquiry into UAPs, and, this time, give their own most entrusted investigating officials access to all classified documents. Then report back. We look forward to the supplementary report.
