Older people might need a social media nudge

Young people understand climate change because they are taught about it at school, and they might have to live it. I would like to see some big NGOs pay for advertising to older peoples social media feeds to put it under their noses - the graphs of warming , the reducing of the size ot the ice sheets, the forecast doom, and all that. Young people don't need the trauma of having this thrust in their face all the time. But older people who's brains are a bit more hard wired might need reminding of the mess they have made. Some might even donate to the cost of fixing it up if they have it placed under their nose a bit more often - especially the wealthier ones who follow conservative news feeds only. They nudged the next generation to the edge of the cliff. Maybe they themselves can be given a nudge to help sort out the problem together with the younger generation before they shuffle off this mortal coil.
