There are over 200 million university graduates in the world. Many study similar things and build on each other's learning. However it is probable that the vast majority of learnings occur independently as students in one place do not know what others are doing elsewhere, and miss their insights. Breakthroughs by one, particularly if small, may not be known by another, as , well, people can't read everything. They just don't have time. This idea is that global democracy.com, or something similar to it, could be used as a hub where people go to share their fundamental ideas and studies, in summary form, so that all can build on each other's knowledge and wisdom.
