The rent a rack movement for re selling second hand clothes from retail stores has shown people will recycle their clothes , with proper marketing. This idea is that some of the incentives for jobs in manufacturing (tax breaks etc) be given also to people who engage in the recycle economy, including marketing to make it cool, and setting up pop ups where sellers can take a commission on selling peoples second hand gear in a new stylish and modern way. This will help people to make savings in a high inflation economy but also mitigate against excessive consumerism that creates so much junk and waste in this precious world.
