As we have traverse from once piece of spacejunk 60 years ago to over 3 billion pieces today, can we agree there should be regulations around user pays - ie, if you put something into space, you are responsible for its safe removal? The alternative is continued increasing junk to the point where satellites and the lifestyles we have that rely on them will have pretty short lifespans as they take each other out in a cascading cacophony.
