A week when everyone can post on a site like this what they think would improve the world, and vote on others ideas. Then all the ideas can be collated. Not compulsory, and, of course, people without internet can't engage. But that is less than half the people in the world now. And they would like the rest of the world to work on making it a better place anyway. Not binding outcomes, don't forget, and so no-one gets hurt. Anyway, lack of ideas is more dangerous than bad ideas in a world that is going down the chute.
