Teens to start school at 10am
Education is key to the future of humanity.
This idea is that for the world to be better educated, school should start later for teenagers, especially those in their last years of school.
We now know that circadian rythms control our alertness and energy, and, for whatever reason, the body clock of a teen doesn't get going until later in the day than the rest of us.
So, why not start their school later in the day? Why can't they just start school at 10am or something like that, and they can finish at 5.30, or something like that.
Teens are important. And their education is more important than their conformity with the rest of the world's daily routines, after all.
