I walked through London for about 10 minutes before finding a bin for my wrapper! All the while walking past scattered rubbish everywhere, clearly from people who had the same issue (but perhaps more lazy, I held on to mine). This was right next to the Thames - to think how much rubbish must blow in there and never see the light of day again is really sad. Better access to bins is the easiest way to prevent this kind of pollution.
