Carbon credit schemes in Australia

Recent revelations in Australia show that carbon credit schemes on which a lot of the world is relying for their emission reduction percentages can be rorted quite easily This matters. IPCC should have broader powers and people (therefore money, too - all countries should chip in) to start overseeing the integrity of these schemes around the world.
