It is always good to remember that the festive season isn’t enjoyable for everybody - particularly those experiencing hardship, grief, loss or any other family or environmental related struggles. This time of the year can actually be the hardest for many. There are a lot of organisations and individuals out there who provide support, but we should do more - as much as we can - both on an individual and systemic level. Always keep this in your mind and remember to be kind and thankful at Christmas. Spread the love… donate money and gifts where possible and keep an eye out for ways to assist others when you can. Remember to feel grateful if you are the lucky ones who gets to enjoy this period. And enjoy it !! Merry Xmas
