A global tree planting authority could be a good way of centralising data on tree planting schemes and activities in different countries, so we can all learn from each other about programs and structures of tree planting organizations that work. Each country could then have a 'go to' place that is set up under that authority, with information and experts. All people could then have the option of easily getting involved in tree planting through financial contributions, or, just by planting trees.
