Two squillionairres with a trillion dollars each have been racing to be the first to get a space tourism business up and running. It is up to them as to what they do with their money, but if you think about it, the number of different green energy projects in developing countries that money could have spawned could be pretty world changing, and it makes you wonder whether there is a case for slightly higher taxes on the mega wealthy? Maybe once we sort out the world's climate emergency taxes can go back to normal and they can go back to their games. So my idea is, ah, tax the rich a bit more.
