There should be a Global Law to "Ban Executions". If someone is walking around killing people and the only way to stop them is to put a bullet in them then hey...but if someone is arrested and no longer poses a threat to society then I don't think they should be executed, especially when they then have a chance to make good....or at least try to be a good person of the world.
