A resourced-based economy is based on the the ideas of efficiency, automation, centralized systems, replicated on a global scale, etc. It can be found on the Venus Project (Zeitgeist movies) but I believe there could be further improvements on its basic flaws & weaknesses. For instance, I wouldn't go for a totally centralized system (single point of failure/corruption), I'd go for a balanced model with centralization AND decentralization of systems. The idea is simply to improve & optimize this concept of resource-based economy further with the collaboration of everyone.
