In Australia, recycling bottles has ben a smashing success for the environment. But the refund amount on empty bottles has been sitting at 10 cents for a long time in most states in Australia - since 2008 in some states. Given the benefits to the environment of recycling used plastic and glass bottles, I vote that the refund be increased in all states to 20 cents. Or if we are going to take this long to raise the refund again, lets just make it 50 cents.
