We have to break the cycle of an economy that build on the foundation, that we constantly try to build more goods, that we all try to consume so that we can produce more goods. We can't have an economy that constantly expanding its production at a higher rate then our population growth requires. My proposal is that there could be an tax mainly the economy that would go to larger project like infrastructure, food production and living spaces for the poorest regions of the world. This would hinder our expanding consumption but still create jobs, and provide the most vital to the people in poverty or on the brink.
